I contracted Kevin Ellner to build a patio and do some landscaping for my backyard 1/16/09. He took a 50% deposit from me for $8,500 and promised completion in 3 weeks. Three months later, my backyard is still a mess and we are nowhere near completion. He had the audacity to ask me for more money which i found pretty funny. After google searching his name, i realized that he has a history of doing this. He continues to badger us for more money and continues to lie to us about when our project will be complete.

There are multiple complaints about him at the BBB, he does operate as different companies and names and was also investigated by local TV station last year.

Don't let this happen to you. Has anyone else had this experience with Kevin? If so, I'd like to hear from you because I intend on filing a civil complaint against him for breach of contract.
