Landmarq Services Marquezed, Refused to deliver fire wood paid for. The cheat on each cord by 20% using "thier" own cord measurement. Pompton Lakes, New Jersey

This company shorted several families firewood by delivering cords of fire wood short by 20% each cord. Weights and measure needed to get involved and even then they refused to comply until they were threatend by law suite by weights and measures for breaking several laws regarding sale of fire wood.

On there final deliver which took 6 months to comply they dumped scrap wood leaves dirt and wood pieces on our property. Police report was filed and all issues can be confirmed by weights and measures and my local police.

Warning, they will do this again. They claim that they deliver "their" cord which is obviously not a true cord. Don't let a discount price fool your, they are crooks.

Landmarq Tree Services Delivers FREE Cord of wood to customer!

Customer emailed an inquiry about firewood to us on 11/12/11. We responded the next morning (Sat.) @ 8 AM & offered to deliver the same day. Our next contact with the customer was the actual request for delivery of 1 cord of wood which came on 11/29. On 12/3, as a 'favor' to the customer, we delivered 1/2 cord of wood to the customer & the other 1/2 to a friend a few blocks away.

The customer called the office the next day (12/4/11) to complain that we only gave them 80% of the wood. Because we pride ourselves on having SATISFIED CUSTOMERS we responded to their concerns by delivering an additional FULL CORD of wood FREE OF CHARGE the following weekend. We did everything to try to please this customer but even an extra free cord of wood wasn't enough.

Interesting rebuttal, except, this isn't related to my complaint! Obviously they must have more than one complaint since he didn't remember the details to my complaint. Just a warning use at your own risk or check with Weights and Measures, Wanaque Police and BBB. He can't hide from those reports.

If you use them (foolish you) you better document all transactions, you will need them later. I have details and potos of each issue. They just can't hide from my complaint.
