BEWARE of Spring Green (Derick and Angie Richardson). They have scammed many customers. Check out their reviews at the Better Business Bureau and on line. They sent me a flyer for lawn aeration. I paid them for this service. The following month they sent me a bill for fertilizer and seed that they never did. I called Angie and she said you are now enrolled in a year contract.
I never signed any paperwork or agreed to this. I nicely said I would pay this last bill but please don't ever come again. 6 months later, they sent another bill for more service. This time they could not even provide a date when the did this service or what exactly was done. They then sent me to a collection agency and would not take my calls or emails. DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT have any service performed by them. Learn from my mistake and spread the word.

We hold ourselves the highest customer standards in the lawn industry and have served the Charlotte, Ft. Mill, and Rock Hill communities for over a decade with many happy and satisfied customers. This particular individual unfortunately has shown up with similar complaints on other web-sites, but when asked to provide proof of an invoice where any work was performed by our company, it could not be presented. It is our belief we have never serviced this property/customer, nor filed a court claim against them. The address we were given is non-existent in our database. We would very much like to get to the bottom of this, as we work with our clients daily to resolve and come to "just" and "resonable" terms for all parties involved in such cases. Without any valid information that this person was a past client we have to consider this case closed. Many regards, owners at Spring-Green Lawn Care.

Again, do not believe anything these people have to say. Check their poor compliants on BBB and angie's list. Now he suddenly doesn't remember going to my house and sending repeated collection letters. The only way I got him off my back was to notify the national company and they immediately fixed the problem. There are many lawn companies available, do your self a favor and use someone else.

It is very unfortunate this person claims to have had a poor experience with our company. The issue was apparently solved either via payment received and/or a credit to their account, because we currently have "no" outstanding customer collections. Corporate can not dictate what the individual franchise decides to do so that is irrelevant. In addition, we have a very good standing with the BBB and Angie's List. We solve all issues directly, professionally, and timely if ever an issue with a client and have done so for over 10 yrs. Our sincerest apologies to you, if in fact, we serviced your property.
