CHRIS SUITOR - ABC LANDSCAPING SERVICES AND SNOW REMOVAL ABC Landscaping company takes your money and never returns to start the job ASHLAND OHio

I have never personally collected monies from people and then not done their work this is completely ludicrous...... Although last year i had a subcontractor who worked for me on and off and had been telling people including other subcontractors who worked for me that he was in charge during any absence of me . This person Ricky C. was investigated by Western Reserve Insurance company and they came to the conclusion after a lengthy investigation he was the culprit who stole many pieces of power equipment and was collecting monies in my name( Chris Suitor DBA. ABC Landscape) while I was completely unaware and unable to do anything about it... I never found out till many months later and u may contact June G. at Western Reserve Insurance company or the attorney who was working for Western Reserve Attorney Bob F. and maybe he can shed some more light on all this...Also, Western reserve offered settlement and to pursue person responsible.... I also have many customers who can tell u about my personal integrity... If u need a more info or names who can help prove this just ask also if you need a list of satisfied happy customers ??? Just to set the record strait,Chris is right Mr.Kilian did not give him the $700.00 to start the job.He sent out his employee to take Mr.Kilians money which he still has not been paid.His employee Brian cashed Mr.Kilians $700.00 check.In my book it would only be right that the owner of the ABC Landscaping own up to his debt.Since I have learned Brian is now in jail and the owner of ABC landscaping is on probation opperating under another company name.How things change as time moves forward.I am Lawrence Hall representing Mr Kilian on this matter.If anyone has had a run in with this company alls you have to do is contact the PROBATION DEPT.of ASHLAND COUNTY.

Just to follow up with ABC Landscape company it has come to everyones attention Mr.Chris Suitor the owner of ABC Landscape company ran into some hard times which led to a past employee taking advantage of Mr.Chris Suitors situation.The person who was using the company name to collect funds from customers and not performing the work has been put under investigation.According to law officials the slow arm of the law is getting closer to finding the person involved.At this point Mr.SUITOR has taken care of his obligations with all of the customers that were ripped off by this rouge employee.Mr.Suitor is now back in business and was more than willing to bend over backwards to rectify the problems.This has always been a great company to work with and his prices are the best in town.Because of Mr.Suitors past work ethics we have rehired Mr.Suitor to continue with our contract with his company.It was a real shame that this misfortune was handed down to him by one of his own employees.
