I bought an aero garden, was promised discount coupons on purchasing. bought in september sent in warranty card, again registered in nov, still nothing. contacted online support. no help, no answer and forget about online ordering. all I got was after repeated tries, "there was a problem with your order and your credit card was not charged etc" I tried numerous credit cards.    looked at bbb.org over 20 complaints.

it was my personal experience that

1. you cannot online order. this has been going on for more than 2 weeks. there website in my opinion is non functioning and weak.

2. dont expect any support or coupons for purchasing.

you will have to physically call them in colorado at mountain time

you wont get any help from their customer support

you wont get any.. promised coupons of over 50 dollars upon ordering.

i wont even go into the fact that one of my seed pods has bugs and had to throw it out.

after sending a fax they called and  said they would fulfill the rebate and give me free shipping on my order..  It was my experience that you physically have to speak to someone. I got no recourse through email or multiple attempts at online ordering. so in my opinion be prepared to phone them in colorado. .
