To whom it may concern;

I am the owner of this company and I feel compelled to respond to these ridiculous accusations. There is absolutely no truth in the statement posted against us and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify this matter once and for all.

The person who wrote this is a disgruntled ex- employee who was fired for absenteeism, theft of services and other reasons, one of them being not answering the phones during snow storms. Answering the phones was what this person was hired to do.
How could we plow someone when they did not answer the phone and dispatch a truck? We resolved this problem by terminating this person and we have not had this problem since. The fact that they were entirely responsible for this problem and then dared to post a comment about it here is unbelievable at best.

As for running our company illegally and using company funds to purchase pools and other random items, we have a Certified Public Accountant come in once a month and she does all of our bookkeeping. I assure you that if improper things were going on with company funds, she would not sign her name to the reports that get filed every month to the state and to the federal government. We have never filed for bankruptcy, either personally or for our company.

Also every one of our workers is on the books and is legally able to work in the USA, and any subcontractors that we hire get a 1099 filed for them at the end of the year. All of this is easily verifiable by researching our company at the State of CT Online Records Division.

Now let's talk about the personal slandering of my name. I have never used steroids.
I will not stoop to their level and give a name, but this person does not have any clue as to what they are talking about when it comes to my coaching job. Before I took the job to coach I had to pass a rigorous interview which included a complete physical and drug test as well as a full criminal and credit background check. I got the job, so what does that tell you about the allegations?

My brother and I have been in business for almost 20 years and have countless repeat customers, as well as many government customers which require you to be subjected to many different background checks and we have passed all tests every time, I think that speaks for itself on our integrity and customer support.

After further reviewing this situation, we realized that the slanderous post was posted by the screen name "lawn man".

We attempted to register to this site to have the ability to file a rebuttal for this nonsense complaint and we were told we already had an account. This was very surprising to us, but they emailed us the log in info, and sure enough the screen name came up as none other than "lawn man". This is further substantial proof that the person who set up this account and wrote the complaint was an insider here who had access to our company email.

As you can see, the rebuttal uses the same screename as the complaint, a coincidence that cannot be ignored. It's terrible that we have to be subjected to such childish ignornace, especially by someone who used to work here, but unfortunately it happened, but hopefully now everyone has enough information to make an educated decision as to the validity of this case.

Just one more reason for this ridiculous report to be disregarded.
