Bruce Knebel, Jr. DBA Executive Cuts Landscaping - Fraud - Deceptive Business Practices - Failure to Return Deposit Sussex, New Jersey

Bruce Knebel, Jr. DBA Executive Cuts Landscaping was hired on 1/1/12 to perform a small renovation job.  $1650 deposit was given, whereup Mr. Knebel immediately stopped responding to contact requests and DID NOT show up for work.  On 1/5, Mr. Knebel was told his contract was null and void, as he has not fulfilled it's terms and return of deposit was demanded. 

He continued to be incommunicado thereafter with sparing return contact, and then only to offer excuse after excuse. On 1/8, he acquiesced and promised return of the money.  To date, however, he continues to avoid his responsibility, continuing with excuses and failing to respond to demands to return the $1650.  He states over and over and that he has "borrowed the money" and it will be returned "soon" - yet he has had over 3 weeks to comply with the demand and blatantly refuses. 

Instead he has chosen cowardice and avoidance.  Unfortunately, we learned after the fact that this young man of only 24 yrs of age has a historical track record of not returning money, not showing for jobs, doing shoddy work when he does show, and lacking fiscal responsibility in his business and personal life alike. Beware at all costs - do not hire this young man to so much as weed your garden.
