Wow!  Owner is very difficult.  Beware.  Eastside Tree Works and Matt Rengo, owner, I was happy when I was no longer dealing with him.  Due to his hostility and difficulty solving problems, cannot believe he could own a small business.  Do NOT make him mad.  Tree service?  Not on my property.

Apology

   I would first like to sincerely apologize to this consumer for whatever quarrel they may have with me. In this business, as with all businesses, there can be times of increased hardship, frustration, and difficulty with customers. Where I cannot remember a particular incident in which this may have reached a peak, I can imagine how it could have in the past. I have been in this business a long time... and over the course of the years, I have never had an issue with a customer in this regard. I do my best, with every customer, to express a positive attitude, and a pleasant environment from start to finish. As well, I always try to give a superior service at the lowest reasonable price. The customer who posted this, has posted similar complaints on many different review sites across the internet, and this is the only place I have had a chance to respond. I am upset that I may have left a potential customer with a very bad impression, and pride myself on my ability to leave a customer happy. With that said, I would like it to be known that these attacks are apparently focused on me as a salesman and business owner, and not on the quality of my work and the satisfaction of our service. Our entire company, from our grounds crewman, to our arborists, have never received a complaint of this magnitude from ANY actual customer, since the business was started.  We survive because of our many referrals, and treat every customer as a potential referral.  As well, I always do my best to work out any problems with the customer, in all aspects of the work.

    Throughout these posts, there is no mention of a poorly done job, or any job done at all - nor is there mention of a financial "ripoff". This being said, I can only assume that this complaint was a potential customer that decided to not choose our tree service on account of my actions. For this, I once again apologize, and hope that you can excuse my possible and brief loss of control.  A business owner never likes to lose a possible customer.  We are proud of our many, many local referrals, and take pride in our level of detail and commitment on the job.  Eastside Tree Works has an outstanding customer satisfaction rating, recently including an 'elite award' on behalf of verified reviews on Customer Lobby. There, we have many customer reviews and have received a 100% satisfaction rating. With the exception to this customer, we have an amazing list of reviews on many different sites. I encourage anyone in doubt, to check out our website

Once again, I am deeply sorry for any trouble I may have caused you, and will do everything in my power to make it right.  But I would like our other potential customers to know that I have NEVER ripped anyone off... I am only guilty of possibly losing my cool, and losing a potential customer.  This is clearly an isolated incident, and I will certainly never let it happen again.  I would also like to make things right, to discontinue these posts all over the internet.  Eastside Tree Works contact information can be found at the aforementioned website.  Please contact me personally if there is any way we can put an end to this.  Thank you.
