Gardners Choice Received unordered item Hartford Michigan

Received an unusual charge from above company for $33.85 07/01/08 I'm not a Gardner. Called credit card company to contest charge on 7/6/08.

On 7/24 received a box from Gardners Choice called credit card company to question my credit and their investigation. Was instructed by card company investigation section to return merchandise and get a delivery confirmation.

Cost to return $7.40 so you loose money either way...keep and pay for something unwanted or pay to return it...unfair, huh. Gardners Choice did not reveal a telephone number or address on the charge to my credit card so I could not contest charge directly with them.

My investigation on the internet reveals that this company engages in causing all kinds of problems and seems to get away with it without any legal problems...amazing isn't it.
