M&M M&M Landscaping General Contractor takes owner money, collects money to be paid to subs and walks of the job. Sterling Virginia

In July 2008, we were contracted to do work for M&M Landscaping who were the General Contractors for the work in behalf of owner in Great Falls, Virginia. G.C. didnt have plans for work, we helped them get plans, completed the work. Upon completion we never got paid. We contacted the home owner and to our surprise they had also problems with the G.C. It seems they had gave money to the G.C., whom had come to ask for more funds but never completed what he had been given funds to complete. To this date, G.C. had to pay for our services provided and refunded money to the homeowner. We also performed work at the G.C. offices of which have received payment for.
