My name is Scott *** and I purchased a sealcoat spray unit from Ricky Frank who apparently owns Seal-Coating Depot. I purchased the unit over the internet and via phone conversations. The purchase date was March 31, 2011. I sent a down payment of $1200 for a $2100 dollar unit. The money was sent via money order. Ricky Frank acknowledged that he received the money order and was in the process of making the unit.
He provided me with an invoice/purchase order specifying what was being made, the price and the delivery date. Many weeks went by with email updates then finally all communication stopped. I have attempted to contact Ricky Frank by phone and email but no response. This guy, like most other criminals are very convincing and most dangerous to the public. Watch out for this guy.

I can't believe this guy is still in business. He has the same website that has been under construction for at least 2 years and his 3 references are only listed by first name. I called the so called references. Two of them are clueless and didn't even know they were references. The third reference was a real peach. He started yelling at me and blamed me for getting ripped off and that he has been ripped off and to get over it.
I am over it. My money is gone but the least I can do is protect others from making the same mistake I did.
Ricky frank's website sealcoatingdepot.com is shockingly similar to a Texas company with the same name.
