Tru Green Chemlawn Service Master Fraud Deceptive Business Practices Ripoff Libertyville Illinois

Signed up for lawn treatments by phone. Supposed to be treated every two months. Also signed up for Aeration. Was told they would inspect my lawn and do a thorough assessment.

The $69.00 Aeration was poorly done, but I paid. Then they started coming once a month, and I complained, but I paid.

Finally, after noticing I now had the worst lawn in the neighborhood (probably for over treating, or mis treating by their "Technician" I cancelled my service. I have spoken with several people purporting to be the "Manager" James, Chester, Theresa, Et al. Unfortunately, they still keep showing up, and billing. The last time I told the "Technician" Maurice to stop immediatly, and that my account was cancelled. The next week they sent a rep to sell me on Grub spraying. I told him the only grubby pests around here is Tru Green Chemlawn.

Now this same mope named Chester I spoke to before keeps calling me at work trying to collect that $43.00 for the last treatment that was cancelled before it was started. The problem is that everytime you call to cancel, they ignore it and send a "Technician" out and then bill you. And everytime you pay the bill, they feel that gives them permission to do yet another treatment. All of these reports seem to have numerous commonalities. I have filed a complaint with The Illinois Attorney Generals Office, and I will pursue legal action should these scam artists try to collect by affecting my credit report.
