Tru Green Chenlawn Tru Green Strikes again Ripoff Champaign Illinois

I have had trouble with Tru Green in the past, but now my lawn is the worse looking lawn on the street. Weeds have taken over everywhere. I had one application in this Spring, and 2 in Summer. When I complained that my weeds were still out of control, I was told by someone named Melissa in the office that I would get a free spray, and I told her that is all I wanted from them to evaluate if this did the trick. What I got was an invoice for 2 week sprays, and they charged me the $80.00 maint fee. I called the office, and they did not know what happened, nor could I contact the manager. I ended up canceling any further treatments. I should have taken pictures of my lawn and tried to get my money back, but I have heard that it is next to impossible to do so. I should have learned from before.
