Unique Landscaping Terrible Job, Terrible Merchandise, Non Existent Customer Service - Now Phone Is Disconnected! Jackson New Jersey

Do not use this company! Unique Landscaping had nothing but excuses to offer after they tore up my lawn and planted bushes that promptly died.

The contract I signed last September was for landscaping, rip up of front lawn and reseed, and a guarantee for one full year on all plants used. The lawn never got reseeded until November (well after season). I was left with nothing but dirt for two months.

After 20 or more calls I finally got seed but what they used was all crab grass. I can't even call this grass, it is just weeds. Several areas didn't even take and they were called repeatedly again. They never came back until spring this year. At that time, the bushes planted started to die. More calls were made and no answer. I am still waiting for the new plants (7 of them) and can do nothing about the full lawn of crab grass.

This company is a disgrace. I have called continuously and on the few occasions I spoke with the secretary she had nothing but excuses. Now after two calls a day for the past two week period leaving messages, the message I received yesterday was that the number was disconnected.

I would love to have my $6,000.00+ back. They are a total rip off!!!!
