Weed Man Trespass, Harassment, Solicitation without a permit Salisbury, North Carolina

I called police to my home last night with regard to trespass and harassment by an employee of Weed Man. He was soliciting without a permit, and refused to leave my premises after being asked many times. He said I do not intimidate him, and he simply would not leave. He also tried to claim I assaulted him. Thankfully I had witnesses to verify I did not lay a hand on him. In addition, when my dog was outside, he threatened to take her with him. WHO threatens to steal a dog? Who does that??

Police arrived, kept him about 20 mins, then let him go. I have a call in to the officer to have him at least note the call that the guy is banned from my property and to be arrested for trespass if he returns. 

I called Lonnie (the owner) at his company. Lo and behold, he was "not there". But the lady I spoke to wasn't too concerned with his behavior.  I want to put the word out there, so that others will beware opening the door to them.
