Nova Berlitz rebate from Fry's does not accept my rebates, I received back the envelopes "undeliverable as addressed  unable to forward"

The address is exactly PO Box 9803, Calabasas, CA 91372-9803 as on the rebate form.

This is a real rip-off, the rebate for $10 is good until 12-21-2012.  So it obviously was not past the deadline. 

Fry's makes the rebates very difficult to complete, take hours in many cases and then does not honor the rebate.  If you take 30 days to find out the rebate is not accepted or going through, you cannot return the item for cash or credit "and out of generosity" they may give you a Fry's credit/gift card instead.
