We purchased the delux- your baby can read , when our grandchild was born 2010, as a gift. We did not get to rip open the gift that we purchased for the baby shower. So, we did not get to see all the products nor did we feel the need to watch all the dvd's to see if they were all correct. Well, the baby and the parents found out they were'nt all correct. The picture cards are incorrect and the #5 video is blank! Nobody knew about #5 until baby got to it. So, it's past the 90 day warranty and the company refuses to send a replacement #5- even if I send their blank one back. They want me to buy another #5 for  $14.95 and shipping and handling. There are other parts of this program that we still haven't got to yet- what other problems await us?They claim their product will work. #5 doesn't and our grandchild is not reading yet-at 1 and a half. This is poor business. They encourage grandparents and others to buy it as a gift- then when shipped- some stuff is wrong or plain old doesn't work.The stuff in this program is no better than flash cards stuff your local library have for toddlers. I'm ticked and does anyone else have blank or non-working dvd's?Oh, the BBB has 173 complaints in the last 3 years and 31 in the last yr. and 28 for advert./sales, 28 for billing, 5 for warranty, 89 for problems with products and service. This is a scam to put a blank dvd into the last dvd's of the program and hope no one notices until you pass 90 days and then get another $20 something out of people.
