I signed a three month contract to lease a washer and dryer from Azuma. The equipment delivered was approximately 10 years old, repainted, noisy, and in poor operating condition. When I called to complain and asked Azuma to replace them with decent equipment or pick them up, I was told I must has ruined them! (I'm over 50 and had lots of experience with laundry.) Subsiquently, they replaced the dryer... not the washer, failed to show up for appointments, provided more inferior equipment, were rude over the phone, and ignored my written request for a pick-up and cancellation. Don't waste your time with them!!!
