Alltel almost $4,000 bill and no one can help just get transfered! Phoenix Arizona

I was an alltel customer for almost 2yrs. In my file are noted all the problems i had, but stuck it out. in 2007 i added 4 more line and upgraded to a blackberry. i started having problems with the blackberry so all together i was sent 4 replacements. i sent them all back in jan. of 09' and it was confirmed by an alltel operator.

i bought a wireless card from alltel in dec.08 and couldnt get it to work so i called tech support we did all the walk throughs and still nothing. they dicked me around until it was to late to return so i got stuck with a 6th line that i couldnt use. when id call alltel i would get transfered so many times because it was never that dept issue and to make it worse i was on bed rest and here i am stressing out about my bill with not one person who could help me.

my family and friends are all also alltel and werent impressed by the customer service i recieved. I live i pierre south dakota and am not the only one that has had phone and service issues! my bill started out a little less than $2,000 and every time id call in to figure out what was going on id get transfered no less than 7 times with no one being able to help me and then id get a bill that was even higher.

please help me this is my credit they are messing with. when alltel doesnt provide service like they are supposed to there is nothing we can do but if you question them about your bill and refuse to pay it until it gets figured out they cut off your service and slap you with a 200 disconnect fee for each line and dont want to talk to you about them being wrong saying you breached your contract, but isnt it a breach of contract on thier end when they dont provide service 24/7 like stated in thier contract!!! someone needs to do something please help
