This law office takes your money and does not perform a legal service for the client.They refuse to return phone calls.In a 24hr time span there were 12 messages left with their answering service,and not one call was returned by them.They have lied many times in the past about work they have done & come to find out it was not true.

Things are not always as they appear when it comes to resolving financial issues with large corporations. Especially when the large corporation is seeking to recover money that is going to be discharged in Bankruptcy.

I am not sure which one of the multiple of difficult creditors this individual had that was on his mind when he wrote this “Ripoff Report” there were several. What I can assure anyone who is interested, is that I personally contacted each difficult creditor multiple times.

I do not have control of other companies, and cannot control what their employees do. Large corporations have different departments. This client would call the regular customer service line and I would call the bankruptcy department or insolvency unit. Frequently the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

I GUARANTEE the quality of our legal services. You can be sure that all legal work that comes from this office will be of the highest possible caliber. If you ever find anything that does not meet your needs or expectations, please bring it to our attention. I will correct the situation immediately. I encourage clients to advise us of any problems so that we can continue to improve our services. Nobody is perfect but everybody can try to be.

If you don't receive the close personal care attention you want, nothing else matters. We are not perfect, just like the members of your family, so we do make mistakes from time to time.
