Crisis Collection Management LLC. - Attorney Robert H. Broili They are harrassing me with a very old account wanting very desparately to collect. The Statue of Limitations has well expired. I never knew about this account. They placed a judgment on it. When I asked for a debt vaildation they never responded. Reno Nevada

The original creditor is GMAC. I recently received a Notice of Appearance from the above-mentioned office with Attorney. I never received a judgment with a court date or the ability for me to answer this. This Notice was not in my correct name nor in my correct address. The Statue of Limitations has well expired. If I am correct this account is sixteen yers old. I have asked them to provide a Debt Validation and to this date only received no response. I went to the court house and was told a judgment ws filed in July 2009. I have asked for a Cease and Desist and to remove and stop all collection attempts and to remove any negative items from my file, they refuse. I do not anyone to go through this nightmare. I am asking for help and if anyone else is dealing with the same issue, please contact me.

These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno and Nevada which are increasingly becoming and known as A Blighted Ghost-town and State. GMAC, Crisis Collection Management LLC and Law Office of Robert H. Broili have been notorious for years for their laziness, incompetence, corruption, extortion, blackmail, civil rights violations, abuses, perjury, false documents, and sewer service yet have never been held acountable for their illegal and unethical behaviors due to corruption - they pay bribes to each other and public employees.
