There was a judgement made against me back in 2004 for a car that was repossesed. At the time the judgement was for a little over 14,000. And NOW...4 years later it is over 24,000. I called and spoke to someone at the law firm and she gave me some bogus reason saying that they are not getting enough out of my check to cover court costs so that is why it keeps going up and she was not able to tell me how much is left and that I would have to contact my payroll department to find out. Um, excuse me but are they not the ones garnishing my wages so you would figure they would have that info. if you ask me they are just trying to get more money out of you. They should be put out of business.
