I lost over $3500 to the worst scum bag con-artist attorney who will not hesitate to steal not only a bogus fee for a loan mod scam but also what is left of your home equity.  Garry jones uses a woman probably his girlfriend to dupe you into paying an illegal up front fee for modifying your loan or delay your eviction/foreclosure. 

Really it is just a ploy to have you pay him and his co-conspiritors to rip off your home equity if any. they lure you in with talk of lowering your mortgage and saving your home but really they do nothing to help you- just worthless papers you could do yourself with a packet from your lender.

the department of real estate has issued a cease and desist order stopping garry jones and his partner Nevine Carmelle from taking advance fees and not doing any services.  Garry l jones has already been sanctioned by the state bar of california and now has over 3O active investigations from disgruntled former clients who were ripped off by his scam.

Garry Jones is also being evicted from his office and will probably move to a new location with his group of fraudsters.  Do not fall for the talk by his sales staff and do not give any money to these losers.  Do not give them your credit card information and do not give them your bank account information.  They will take your money by what ever means.
