Gilbert Soto, Richard L. Hargus, Tax Relief Associates Tax Relief Ripoff!! Brea, California

How do you start this? Little less than three years ago, we hired an attorney on-line (Tax Relief Associates) to help us out with our taxes as a last resort to save our company. We had to borrow $2,800 from my mom which was paid to them to solve our tax problems. My wife (at the time) who did my books was in and out of back surgery and was literally losing control of our IRS problems and financies. Work was slowing down. After the IRS seized our accounts a couple of times we came to the conclusion that this was out of our hands and we needed some help. Which is where Tax Relief Associates came in. We sent them paperwork to sign and return to make sure they were legit which they signed and returned and assured us they were. We were represented by Gilbert Soto. We paid them the money and they told us to not contact the IRS, send them our taxes and they would take care of everything. We were able to contact them for a week or two until they got our money. They would not pick up the phone, there was no answering machine. We tried emailing them and came up "under construction" on their website. To make a long story short, we lost everything, got divorced and I ended up living out of two bags in motels and couches. Thanks for letting me miss out on seeing my kids grow up properly.
