    Corporate Advocacy Program
Phyllis at Giove Law Office, PC contacted me twice this morning on my cell phone and left a message at my work. When I talked to her, she violated my rights by doing the following:

1 - Phyllis told me there was a law suit pending at my county courthouse. There was not.

2- Phyllis told me they could garnish my wages in Ohio by up to 25%. They cannot.

3 - When told not to call my place of employment, Phyllis called, talked to my employer, wanted employment verification, which he refused. She asked for the FAX number, which he gave. Phyllis had not sent a FAX as of 11:15 AM. Phyllis also informed me she could call my employer and I could not stop her.

I owe these people nothing and quite frankly, can't believe Phyllis opened her company open to a law suit. I would love to hear from any attorney that would like to sue. I'm not interested in money, only justice.
