Harry is NOT licensed to practice law in Nevada. We found him listed in the Las Vegas Yellow pages under “Attorneys” and called his office to get an appointment explaining that we needed a corporate attorney. At the meeting with Harry Weiss, he agreed to represent us, and even offered his services for free if he could have an ownership position in the company. Over the next two months, we met with him regularly regarding the corporate legal matters. He never told us he was not licensed to practice law in Nevada, until we had an issue that may go to litigation. At that time, he confided that we would need a licensed attorney. To make matters worse he began siding with selected shareholders to build a majority to take control of the company and increase his holdings within the company.
