Homecomings Financial Gmac i completed chapter 13, and had paymets took out of my check, and said they didnt get payments for 5 or more months. Baltimore, Maryland

i was in a bankruptcy chapter 13, and my payments were took every week out of my check for 5 yrs, and sent to the trustee, and my home payments were suppose to be made monthly also, with these payments, then when my 60 months were up, homecomings let me know, i believe it was in april, that they had not received any hose payments since october 1987, i believe, but i know that my money was took out of my checks, now i am trying to pay about 477.00 every month, they added to the original amt. of i believe used to be around 300.00 a month, i just dont understand this.

sill having trouble with homecomings gmac, still say i owe 3200.00 plus. but i had all my pymts. sent directly from the trustt, and was current through apr.2008, have sent 1247.00 since, and they say i still owe the same, i told them i know what they were up to because i see their name splatttered all over the net. hey guys get ahold of AG4ohio.gov, save the dream, theyve screwwed over too many people!
