On the 9 of August I applied for an injunction against a neighbour how when on drugs or drunk used me as entertainment.  shouting abuse, leaving litter on my door step, making threats to kill. I was told that if I filled in the form with in two days she would be sent a letter, one week later no letter I phoned for help as the abuse and threats had got worse, I was told my case had been handed to a mr Howell, I tried to look him up but no contact, I was given a phone no. that I rang but it was an answer service and received no reply.  I then went to stay with my son because I heard a male say to Ashley I promise you I will do her some damage, then Victoria say his offering you a deal, then Ashley shouted I don't care if I piss her off lets fucking kill her. 

I dialed 999 the police suggested that I move house and speak to the local council about the noise.  I rang injunctions Direct yet again telling them the update and asking if there injunction was going a head.  I was sent yet another customer care letter but no legal papers.  I then stayed with my mother for three weeks until I was able to find some where else to live,  This event does not seem to be any ones responsibility, the land lord says that it was unfortunate that I have paid rent for two months for a flat I couldn't live in.  I wouldn't suggest any one having a Flat from Martin Neame Padma House Canterbury,  He has cheap flats that he lets to people who have fallen on hard times but does not care what happens as long as he has his money.   I feel badly let down and my situation has been exploited by greedy businessman with no scruples.
