This report is not an accurate description of me or how I practice law.  I am an enthusiastic proponent of mediation and resolving all family law disputes by mutual agreement.  I do not encourage litigation and have never caused a client to be unable to communicate with their ex.  I have never made "false claims" and "promises" to a client regarding the outcome of their particular case, and, in fact,  I am very clear that I make no promises whatsoever.  The outcome of a contested custody and visitation case is impossible to predict, which is why it is so important for the parties, with the help of their lawyers, to come to a mutually acceptable agreement that will spare the parties the time, expense and uncertainty of a complete stranger (the Judge) telling them when and how they will spend time with their children.
