Beware of this women. She is a convicted felon who places ads (mainly) on Craigslist and pretends to be an attorney. She is NOT an attorney, she is NOT a Paralegal...and she will take your money!!! She is VERY unstable and thinks that she can threaten people in order to get her way. She has been reported to the Colorado Supreme Court for practicing law without a license and once again SHE IS A CONVICTED FELON (BURGLARY).

This person is a habitual criminal. She is being investigated by the Colorado Supreme Court for "Unauthorized Practice of Law"....She is NOT AN ATTORNEY and is actually a very incompetent document preparer...Only use an attorney or another document firm....save yourself the grief!!!

Dear Readers. About a year ago I dated a man for 3 weeks. His name is Kevin. His is diagnosed Bi Polar. We are in the process of having all of these IPs pulled. Even from Rip Off report. Kevin is also an addict and alcoholic. He is very dangerous and has been posting these ads for months now. He was accused of date rape and stalking five months ago. My attorney is looking into this. He will not stop posting these ads with alias' on them. I think this is the reason his child was taken from him.

He is highly dangerous and these ads are not true. I hope you will bear through them, and hang in there until we catch him, and make this torture stop.

Kevin is a very lonely man without many friends that like him. I think that is why he stalks for seven months in a row. His mind idles because he is an addict. I stopped dating him three weeks into the relationship, and he is still stalking me today. He will refresh these browsers everyday. You will notice that some of these are from very long ago.

I do not know a Frank. Nor did I ever begin a bankruptcy case with a man that has the name Frank.

Again, please beware of the nature of this posting.

ANYONE COULD LOOK UP MY BACKGROUND TO KNOW THAT I AM NOT A FELON. THIS REPORT IS FROM A GUY I KNEW A MONTH, AND HE STALKED ME FOR SEVEN MONTHS. WHAT A SCARY SITUATION, AND HOW WRONG OF HIM TO POST SUCH A SICK MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC.

There are not active warrants! If someone would actually call the county to make sure, instead of assuming!! Not everyone is as smart as me!!

I just contacted both of these States. The warrants are not active as I paid a fine in full, by check on May 21st, 2009. I just checked to see that the check had cleared, and then called both counties, unlike the person posting these. There are not active warrants, There are small counties with slow web administrators, and county clerks. I will only clear my name again and again. Again this is extortion, and tortuous interference. That is why I am awaiting a full name change in Jefferson County Courts. There are other ways to stop these harrassing posts.

Jill K Drevescraft is a convicted FELON and has an ACTIVE WARRANT OUT FOR HER ARREST. She is also being INDICTED by the Colorado Supreme Court for pretending to be an attorney. She is not only a FELON but she is extremely mentally ill and has spent time in a mental institute. Her kid(s) have been taken away from her and she spends her day trying to steal money from victims who answer her ad. Currently, she is putting up ads for an attorney named Michael HUG, Esq. Mr. Hug has been put on notice with regard to his employment of this uneducated loser/FELON. What kind of an attorney would employ a FELON???
