The Just an Answer is a web based operation that for a modest fee they will get a lawyer to email you a simplified answer.. something that you can get on your own elsewhere for free... common knowledge stuff.  They assert that no worry warranty of "100% Satisfaction" if you do not like the answers rendered.  the problem is that's a lie I discovered.. they refuse to give you a refund.. even half of the fee paid.  They are a rip off... their answers are so common knowledge the fees are laughable.. I bit as the "100% satisfaction" warranty was right up front.. it's a lie. They have no intent of refunding any part of the fee paid for a superficial answer received.  Screw them!

save your money, it's scam.
