I hired this attorney to handle my family law case which was a simple matter of custody, home and basic financials.

I experienced the following:

- Attorney did not return phone calls. This is not your typical didn't return calls. She didn't call for weeks and months even when repeated messages were left with her secretary and staff.
- I was told she was working on my case but I later found out she wasn't.
- She did not devulge to me important information about the status of my case and later tried to cover it up
- She overbilled me for work not performed
- She does not work to settle cases. She seeks to delay, draw things out and use up the retainer without providing the value.
- Her staff will charge you for leaving a message to make an appointment
- She was late to 2 meetings
- She goes home with headaches often (or that could be an excuse). I was told by her staff that she couldn't take my call after almost 2 weeks of waiting because she had a long day at court and had a migrain. She also has personal issues that take priority over clients. I was told once she had to pick up her kids from school.
- I was told repeatedly that my case wasn't a priority over other cases
- She gave me a compelling "new business" pitch in order to tell me what I wanted to hear in order to get my money and didn't perform the job I hired her to do.
- She will go for continuances in order to string things along
- There were errors in the paperwork completed.
- She overbilled and when asked for a credit she would not provide it.
