Marilyn Scheer Law Group PC No refund Irvine, California

I was denied my refund when my modification was denied and forcloser sale was held on 26Apr11.  The refund was requested at that time, the person I was speaking with  said some would have to call me back.

Two days later they called and explaned why the modificaton was denied again I requested the refund  again I was told someone would call and about two weeks later Marilyn called and again nothing was resolved.

Two weeks ago my wife called a few times and got no response and then last week she called and got a call from Marilyn they spoke and she said some one will call you back and the next day someone did my wife asked him to call on 17Jan12.

Some one did we were on the back and forth on phone for over an hour for one I don't thank they were to happy we were still looking for our refund after such a long time, didn't know we had a time limit on requesting our refund.

After an hour on the phone the person let me say what I had to say and then we  gave the repersenative a chance to speak  my wife got angary with what was being said spoke what was on her mind and hung up the phone.

Not knowing she hung up on both of us so again nothing resolved, but they are aware we aren't done.
