Mindy Farber billed for services not rendered; lied in court documents to defend HERSELF for missing court deadlines and hearings; was not familiar with case facts; double billed for counsel; failed to file motions timely; was rarely in office to remain familiar with pending cases; she is so incompetent she does not understand basic concepts about how email and/or faxes work. She clearly lacks the ability and desire to act as competent, efficient counsel.
