these people change there company name often so I have listed the lawyer who owns and runs the scam (Mitchell Feinstine)
this guy researches families of those who have died and who is about to inherit money.

If the estate is in probate, the shady company owned by Feinstine
contacts the benefituaries and proposes a low interest loan on the money tied up in probate. Smooth on the phone, full of lies.
but after you sign the deal, in the fine print, you will owe $17,000 on a $5000 loan. This man is a buzzard.
