A little over 1.5 years ago, after enduring a lengthy medical hardship, I found myself not able to make my mortgage payments, and faced losing my home to an embarrassing foreclosure sale at public auction. I met with Kyle Eric Norton ESQ and he advised me that He would mount a Foreclosure defense on my behalf, and that he would also renegotiate my mortgage terms directly with my lender, which would result in me paying a more affordable monthly mortgage payment, and putting the tens of thousands dollars of missed payments to the back of the loan. Well after numerous Foreclosure Defense appearances by Mr. Norton, and a lengthy renegotiation process with my Lender, Mr. Norton was able to vacate the Foreclosure Proceedings, and get me a permanently reduced monthly mortgage payment, saving me over $600 per month for the life of the loan. I highly recommend this considerate and caring Attorney if you ever finding yourself in need of Mortgage and/or Foreclosure help.

     We were in a lot of trouble with a 7.25% Mortgage interest rate even after we refinanced, which only acted as a Band Aid for our financial struggles. We got into this situation when I lost quite a bit of the side work that I was doing to make ends meet, and my wife’s hours at the department store where she worked were also cut, and our troubles just snowballed from there.  We just fell further, and further behind and could not conceivably catch up. We decided to hire him, and got him all the necessary paperwork right away, and in just 11 days from then, Norton Law Group helped save our home and prevent financial ruin, saving over a $1000 per month off our motnhly Mortgage payments.

Honestly i think the only person reporting that they had a different outcome with this law office has to be his butt sucking assistant Kevin. I worked for them for couple of months and left because i saw all the terrible stuff that was beggining to happen. First of all KYLE does not even contact the banks himself. He has nothing to do with a modification process. The only thing he does is make you believe he can lower your mortgage, and make you seem like he has the power because he's an attorney. With files that are not paid in full if the homeowner doesnt pay every 30 days he wont let his loan processors work in the file, until they pay something. He does not see any of his clients after the 1st meeting. ALL he cares about is ripping people off. After he gets the money from the desperate homeowner. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM, you will loose your money, his staff has no clue what they are doing.  

Some of these people have the nerve to make a series of complaints that are more like excuses for their own failures and shortcomings in life. not to mention not even having the simple decency to run a SPELL CHECK before they publish their opinions and comments on this forum. They came to the Norton Law Firm for help, and THEY WERE ALL LATE WITH MORTGAGE PAYMENTS BEFORE THEY set appointments for the FREE advice they received. They decided by themselves to retain a LAW FIRM to start the renegotiation of their Binding Mortgage contract. They also on their own could not and ultimately FAILED TO pay their legal fees/retainers within the agreed upon time frames, and refused to provide the firm with the necessary documentation required,  and ultimately failed to make negotiated trial mortgage payments, and found themselves right back where they started IN FORECLOSURE..... and if they asked "ever heard of Spell Check?" they would probably say "Spell Check, What’s that?"  just like my mortgage payment? What’s that? my legal fees/Retainer what’s that? Maybe there should be a Spell Check button for them to press so that they can run a Spell check on THEIR LIVES.......or maybe it will be another "Spell Check............... What’s that?"
