PMGI, LLC Collections Agency renewed a 18 year old credit card debt from Associates National Bank by falsly providing payment information in 2003 which "reset" the statute of limitations, making the debt valid when it had been expired. They then placed levies on all my accounts & withdrew all my funds, including all my living expenses including food. This was done despite me being on Federal disability & not able to pay even if the debt was valid. It was not!
If & when I'm diagnosed terminal… May the fun begin.

I also was ripped off by these creeps. Out of nowhere I was sent the court proceedings of a judgement against me. I had no idea who these people are or what in the world they suied me for. I never once had been called or sent anything regaurding my case, I still have no idea what this is about. If they are allowed to sue a complete stranger, dont I have the right to sue them right back? These people, and the court system that allows them to get away with this, make me sick!!!
I am sorry that other people have been taken advantage of but at the same time, it feels good to know that I am not alone in this situation.
