We have reviewed this Complaint and have absolutely no idea to what this Complaint relates or what the nature of the contention is.  Without specific details, there is really no manner of specifically responding.   Is this poster a client?  Is this poster an opposing party who was defeated in litigation?  The post is completely devoid of facts.  There is no truth, basis or foundation to the assertion of (m)any agencies" or gross violations of the law exist.

Nonetheless in response to allegation that this firm gives money to candidates, campaign finance reports are public record in the State of Nevada.  A search will reveal that this firm has never given money to a political or judicial candidate.  The principal of this firm gave a single donation to a candidate in 2004 and has made no contributions since that date.  While the allegations of bribing public officials are clearly defamatory, this matter can be resolved in the court of public opinion, facts and evidence.  To be clear, there is absolutely no veracity to the allegation of this firm or any member of it giving money to any public officials.

The post states that it was made by a person posting from Austin, Texas.  This firm has no clients or former clients in Austin, Texas and has never done business with any person from Austin, Texas.  Nonetheless if the original poster would like to cite to a specific case or matter which is the subject of the dispute, specific violations of law, specific public agencies to whom complaints are or were pending, we are of course willing to address and discuss such assertions (within the bounds of attorney/client privileges).  However there is simply no basis to anything in the original post.
