Riddex Plus Product that suppose to kill rats and roaches. Internet

On Sunday I was checking out the website for Riddex Plus. I entered my information thinking the website will take me to a screen to allow me to confirm my order. My order was never confirmed. As soon as you enter your information, your card is charged. Riddex mentioned that shipping is only $8.99. However once you enter your information they charged you $17 for shipping. The website would not let me go back and correct it and so when I tried to do so, my account was charged again.

I called Riddex to cancel the order before my card was charged and they refuse to do it. I was told by a Supervisor named Margaret that I had to wait to receive both packages. Once I receive them, I have to send them back, and wait 2-4 weeks to get my money back. I asked the Supervisor to speak with her Manager to resolve this issue. She told me she could not do that. I then ask if she can transfer me to the Finance department. I am an Accountant and I work for a large consulting firm. I know it does not take that long to process a return payment. The Supervisor would not transfer me to anyone nor would she give me any more information.

This is totally unacceptable. A company should not get away with ripping people off. I feel a case should be bought up against Riddex. I am considering contacting the news networks so other people know that Riddex Plus is a scam.
