The following is a recording of a threatening and intimidating phone call made to the Founder of this website, ED Magedson.

The man who called Ed tells him in the recording that he is Troy, then Shawn and Troy. The caller also tells ED Magedson that he is going to be fish food.. (see complete transcript below, and a link to the actual recording)

The only way the three of us (Ed, Troy and Shawn) were connected is through the lawsuit filed against the three of us by the Law Offices Roni Lynn Deutch.

When I first heard the recording, I could immediately identify the voice when the Police Department from Arizona called, they played a small portion of the tape recording with out telling me my name was ever mentioned, and I immediately identified who it was, but, to be sure, I need others to listen to it and document their findings and send them to me thru this website.

In an effort to see if others can identify this recording, or, if anyone else has received similar threats from the same voice, please contact the Editor of this site to forward your information to me.

On September 30, 2004, two phone calls were made to Ed Magedson from a male caller.

The second call was taped and subsequently transcribed.

TRANSCRIPT

ED: Hey Ben, I just got a serious threatening phone call. I got them both on Caller ID, and
they're probably two different pay phones which is unusual. (phone rings again) All right, hold it, that may be them. Call me.

(Unintelligible) I wonder (unintelligible).

ED.. Hello.

MALE CALLER.. Why'd you hang up?

ED.. I don't know who it is. If you're not going to answer my questions, there's nothing to talk to you for.

MALE CALLER.. I told you it was Troy.

ED.. I don't know -- What did you say?

MALE CALLER.. Troy.

ED.. Who's Troy?

MC.. C'mon. You said to meet you at the -- This is Ed, right?

ED.. Yeah.

MC.. You said, you said meet me here, and we'll work it out.

ED.. What are you talking about?

MC.. So I'm here.

ED.. What? Work what out? I have no idea what the subject is. What's the subject?

MC.. I don't know. How could you not know? I'm here at the station. You're not here.

ED.. What station?

MC.. The police station.

ED.. What police station?

MC.. In Arizona. You said be at the police station in Arizona at Mesa. So that's where I'm at.

ED.. Well, who's Shawn Kreb? I didn't make any appointment with anybody to be at the police station.

MC.. Aw, Jesus. Aw, come on.

ED.. Who is this?

MC.. We just flew in from Oak

ED.. Who is this?

MC.. Aw, man.

ED.. Who is this?

MC.. I told you. It's Troy and Sean.

ED.. I don't think so. Troy and Sean would have called me, so you're bullshitting me.

MC.. You're right. You're right. But guess what? We are watching you.

ED.. Can you tell me what this is in reference to?

MC.. You know what it's in reference to, you fat fuck. You mother fuck. We're watching you.

ED.. Well, what are you watching? For what?

MC.. Oh you know exactly why, and so do the police, which is why we're here. And you know why. And this fun is just beginning because we now know where you are. We know about you, and we know about your partner, and we know about all of it.

ED.. You know, I have no partner, A. B, if you know where I am, so how come you're not here?

MC.. And we also know about your family, too.

MC.. We do, because we spoke to somebody.

ED.. Oh. And so, if you're at the police, why don't you just deal with it with the police?

MC.. That would be the easy thing to do, my friend. And they already informed us you're under a major investigation, which is nothing new from your Brooklyn days, you fuck.

ED.. There is no detective that I've dealt with

ED.. If I'm under investigation, tell me who. And who's my favorite detective?

MC.. Call Ron, You think somehow if you can't be found, you're safe. Well that's -- you're found. You've been found.

ED.. Well, if I've been found, how come you're not here?

MC.. Cause that's the beauty behind it, Ed. See? But we'll be here for a while too. So don't worry. We'll call you back. Don't worry about a ding, Ed. You keep fucking over people

ED.. Don't worry about a ding?

ED.. What? I don't fuck anybody over. I don't write the reports. You know that, right?

MC.. We know who does write the reports because he doesn't work for you anymore does he? Huh? Mike doesn't work for you anymore, does he?

You should also know, months prior to this recording and even weeks prior to this call on September 30, 2004, ED Magedson had received calls from the same voice. This same person is still calling.

That voice belongs to a sorry ndividual named Scott Juceam! He is a coward and has allot of nerve threatening someone elses family. I wish he would do that to me so I would have a reason to kick off in his scarey behind. He is so afraid of action, but starts isht over the phone like he is an attorney.

I am a former employee of this Company and the voice recorded is that of Scott Juceam. I am ashamed of him for threatening someones family like this. I had a heated conversation with him a week or so back where he said pretty much some of the same things to me he said on the recordings. He also accused me of making bad reports on rip off.

He has lied about me to other people to get me to call him and I did, after which he told me he said the things he said about me because he knew they would get back to me and I would respond to him because he thinks I am mad at this firm and want to hurt them. Nothing is farther from the truth.

I made a report on rip off while I was working for this company 5 or 6 years ago under the name of Royce. At the time I was trying to negate bad comments made on here about the place I worked for.

I think you should go after Scott for his lame attitude and for making terroristic threats.

You have something to say about me Scott, say it to my face. Don't drag innocent people into your games. This is not about that company, this is about you Scott. You also admitted to me you were guilty of these things. Get a life Biotch.

I have absolutely know doubt that the voice is that of Scott Juceam trying to reproduce one of Russel Deutche's fake voices..

The style of speech is Identical to a fake voice Scott Juceam commonly to act out at work when he was trying to play like a a mafia goon.

The funny part is everybody knows that Troy and his brother are not "Teller of truth" the subject of the lawsuit. Teller of truth is much much to sharp for the Deutch Klan to figure out.

I still cant figure out with literally tens of thousands of former clients of the law firm Juceam works at they need to fabricate satisfied client reports, It just seems like there would be one or two actual satisfied clients out here. I know that in my time at the Law firm I never saw one of my clients get a settlement from the IRS. (and client dispositions were posted on the wall with the amount of their settlement) Hmmm. come to think of it I can't think of anybody I worked with who ever recognized a name on the list.

I wonder why. Maybe it's the same reason They are banned from practicing in 2 or 3 states so far.

On Thursday, May 12, 2011; Roni Lynn Deutch aka "The Tax Lady" held a news conference outside her North Highlands (Sacramento), CA offices indicating that she is closing her offices and is completely broke!  Deutch also said that she will be turning in her law license on Monday, May 16, 2011.  The State Attorney General's office has been investigating Deutch for some time and had levied fines against her and a court ordered her to pay back some $475k to her clients.
The Sacramento Bee reports that Deutch's law practice is $10M in debt and she has a personal debt of $5M.
