Rubin & Rothman Screws Me Over And Over Ripoff Islandia New York

I am so fed up with Rubin & Rothman. In 2003 my battles began with this company. I had a car from Ford Motor Credit repossed and the balance of 6000+ was handed over to them for collections. I agreed to make payments of 100$ per month and after 4 months, i was contacted by R&R to inform me those payments were no longer enough. At the time i was only working part time and making 120.00 per week before taxes which left me with 103.22$. I could not pay more so they went to court and got a judgement against me.

I was making payments and a week before Christmas, I found my bank account frozen, upon calling R&Rto request they release my funds, I was denied. They were vicious and mean. I informed them I was a single mom and the 200 dollars i had in my account was to buy my child xmas gifts, they didnt care, they took the money and ran leaving me oweing 100$ to my bank for processing a restraining order.

During 2004 i made whatever payments i could, and again at christmas time my account was frozen. This time it caused my rent to bounce as well as several other checks. Now i owed 100$ plus much more for bounced checks.

2005 ahhhh same thing december = frozen account ...yippeeeee but this time i had 32 cents in my account, bye bye another 100$. Well 2006 i smartened up some and closed all my accounts in november so needless to say they cant get no monies.

I have been harrased by them weekly for 4 years now and no matter what i try to do they arent ever pleased. I recently incorpaorated and opened a corporate account in my company name but i am a signor, i am praying they are not able to restrain this account as well, cause i am trying to get on my feet and pay of my creditors.

Rubin and Rothman are heartless, I have dealt with several collection companies but none as ruthless as they are. Perhaps if they gave people a chance we could pay our debts but every time they smell a penny in your account here they come. Sometimes I wonder if banks are being paid to tell them as soon as you open an account.
