Sean Erenstoft And Associates Law Offices is fraudlant. The guy files false lawsuits against people and lies period. Sean Erenstoft is crooked and should be disbared. Promised the world and could not deliver. Sean Erenstoft And Associates Law Offices files false lawsuits and steals money.

Sean Erenstoft And Associates Law Offices has stolen over 5,000.00 from me and will not reply to my requests. Sean Erenstoft And Associates Law Offices says one thing and the very next time you talk to him he will not even remember what he has said. He does not care about his clients and is a cheating thief. I feel sorry for this individual along with anyone that falls into his trap of false lies. This also goes for his partner Jeff who I see has tried to stand up for his friend on this website. The Bar Will Be Notified of his fraud and lying practice.

Promising the world and not delivering is not necessarily a ripoff. You need to detail what the case was and what the ripoff was. If you simply lost the case, that isn't a ripoff. If he took your money and never did anything, that IS a ripoff and needs to be reported. But from what you typed, there isn't anything here for the reader to evaluate....

So, is this "Ellis" guy a client or a defendant?  Can you tell from reading this?

My firm has never employed a "Jeff."

My law firm is not called "Sean Erenstoft And Associates."

And I return all of my calls.

As of August 21, 2011 Sean G. Erenstoft was officially disbarred by the
Supreme Court of the State of California and cannot practice law in the
state of California for a minimum of 5 years.
