Law Offices Of Slosser, Hudgins, Struse & Freund; Paul D. Slosser, Timothy M. Struse Defrauding the elderly and estate dependants and heirs, wasting estate funds adversarially, dysfunctionally Tucson Arizona

The report dated April 1, 2008 was written by Lawrence Leight, a 44-year old man who, although a graduate of Stanford University, has never been able to hold a permanent job due to mental illness. Mr. Leight’s father died in 1997, and his father’s will left the entire estate in trust for Mr. Leight’s mother during her lifetime. Mr. Leight is very unhappy that his father did not make provision for him during his mother’s lifetime, as Mr. Leight has always been dependant on monies from his parents. Mr. Leight has petitioned the Probate Court claiming benefits from his father’s estate, which claims have been dismissed by the court as being without merit. Mr. Leight has filed a complaint with the State Bar Association which also has been dismissed as being without merit.

I am a professor of law as well as a licensed attorney.  I teach in the area of estates and trust, among other areas.  the Slosser, Hudgins, Struse & Freund law firm and attorneys Slosser and Struse have an excellent reputation for effective and ethical representation.  I have referred and continue to refer clients to this firm, and the reports I have received back from those clients are uniformly glowing.  I have read the so-called rip-off report it does nothing to affect my opinion.

A Law Firm More than Wholly in the Wrong...

Loss of property, employment and prosperity, wanton disregard of the decedent's will and estate and their only son's welfare, intimidating and adversarial behavior on the part of another attorney, Michael Norris Harrison...perhaps, after more of the correct type of complaints are made, it will be understood how this law firm, Pima County Courts and, in this case specifically, the unresponsive Arizona Attorney General's Office are guilty of racism. 

This report should be filed under organized crime; this law firm should be inspected and their every client informed that Slosser, Hudgins, Struse & Freund licenses to practice Estate Law in Arizona are suspended.

Who the author of Rip-off Reports actually is/remains not given away, anonymous.   Those who pretend they know the author of a report are perhaps both misinformed and dishonest. 

However no matter who or what I am as a person or author, it is utterly obvious from the first rebuttal that Slosser/Struse et al, and the dysfunctional, negligent rubes they associate with in defamatory hubris are pulling out the stops to save their vain, proud asses.

If Slosser/Struse actually wrote the first rebuttal to the original posting, I could not easily write anything else that would inspire most not to employ a law firm in wills and estate - utterly unethical/illegal/life-ruining and immoral public defamation of a deceased client's only son...it has also been noticed that pictures of Mr. Leight, as well as other documents given her, including recorded radio broadcasts, are missing.  Harrison has been like a wicked, perverted and vindictive dog, posting his rude, domineering writing over Mr. Leight's pictures at Mr. Leight's residence, telling his brother that he is taking advantage of an old lady for visiting his mother.

This law firm broke Arizona Probate Law by not informing the only son and dependent of an estate that his father's will is being probated.  This heinous and wanton omission alone resulted in the wife of the decedent not being properly informed of her options and guidelines under Estate Law.  It is not an error that a law firm in its first year even rarely makes; what appears to be written by this law firm as a response to the original comment is defamatory bunk.

For those of you who have had your only spouse die, or your wife or husband, not informing the widow typical rights and responsibilities may easily and readily not only cause further hardship and loss of property and life, but, with injury, lead to utterly untenable conditions for dependents, bereaved friends who were not contacted. 

The next disgusting omission of this firm was the fact the decedent's will was not followed.  But the issue is not money.  This firm has also defiled the writer's honor. 

The issue is burying a man in accordance with his will.  Property was also illegally taken from the house prior to the appointing of an estate attorney...property that belonged to the decedent and his family, not the wife and estate attorney, who continues to violate real estate law, and variously, endangering life and property.

Paul Slosser may have attended Ohio State; Timothy Struse, Jr., may have attended Claremont McKenna College; however they do not, did not and perhaps never will deserve the utter privilege of meeting such utterly unique and exceptional, wise, good and internationally, peaceful and good men as Lawrence and Samuel Leight...nor has this law firm been even good enough to apologize.

This law firm has clearly behaved illegally and variously; they have not corrected their errors when they were pointed out to them both verbally and in writing; and their willfulness and negligence has cost life, happiness and sanity, not only of the Leight family, but of those associated - including hospitalization for attempted murder.

 

Defrauding the dead, and any potentially unpopular dependents is always felony crime.  Those who have law degrees, teach law and only deal with this type of decedent are almost always not possibly aware of how older lawyers and other yokels getting lax at a course they need in manners and are unaware of, as is the young, despicable but somewhat well-dressed rube named Timothy Struse, Jr.

Shame on you, Paul Slosser, for not dealing with the issue yourself.

When estate planning, will and trust firms like Slosser, Struse et al fail to individually and personally make sure a decedent's will is understood by long-time dependents without interference by relatives and lawyers that may have adversarial interests, they are setting themselves up for absolutely true, relevant and germane conditions for any and all damages, including emotional and mental trauma that may or not may any statements by this firm legitimately strike-able from court records, they may not be removed from Ripoff Report by this firms current policies.

Who noticed that the alleged law professor put his own comments up twice?

More than one of the judges in the Pima County Superior Court building may need a new secretary, for everyone's sake.

These lawyers did more than dig their own graves.  Surrender.

Catholics unknown to you using you to defame, defile...and kill Jews.  Post again and why over 6 million Hebraics couldn't figure it out in NAZI Germany will become public knowledge.  Surrender your law office to Police Officers and Federal Detectives when they arrive.

They kill Jews this slowly because they can now continuously "profit" from relationships that the completely and utterly framed yet innocent victim, Lawrence Leight, would have had if he has not being goaded by violation of family property and residence with masked adversarial intent.

This law firm, out of its shear vanity, hubris and continued and various disregard for the law and those disadvantaged by the loss of a relative, perhaps simply someone they guessed they could afford to treat with disregard and disregard for the law, and truly out of a lack of both respect and good and legal protocol, realistic information according to fiduciary relationships and the law, and out of perhaps conveniently-memoried sadism and their own gluttonous and alcohol-drinking lack of inspiration in their own lives, out of crass pride and secular sadistic dysfunction have and continue to (be used to) very, very wrongly defame, defile and inhumanely and illegally treat the son of the decedent. 


They have had the running water turned off without informing the tenant.  Under Arizona Law, Specifically the Landlord Tenant Act, the fact and practice of the the is that the tenant cannot be evicted nor the utilities turned off without notice, and the term and length of this notice has in fact been disregarded.  No notice in writing nor in person was given, nor has any accusation of any illegal behavior been reliably made.  This remains a sadistic, illegal, unloving and completely impractical excuse.  Shear and utter sadism.  You should be charged with attempted murder and imprisoned for no less than 10 years.


A very constructive, practical and legal suggestion might be, "All God, Archangels and love revile and curse your hearts and spirits.  Perdition.  Hell between fascists and Satan surely.  Attorneys not really "good and intelligent enough to be REAL FASCISTS, not inspired nor really corrected enough to be anywhere but hell truly."  You are really offending many, many more "good people" than you are possibly aware of....


No less than Scrooge's Trip to Real Hell for these church, state and conveniently sexist cabals and the insane, despicable, prejudiced, dishonorable and incriminating ways of these attorneys.  Is "Martel" Michael Harrison's real name?  After listening to Attorney Terry Goddard on the phone, I might honestly and  practically suggest that he be replaced by Corporate Comedian Mike Harrison.


This type of behavior by law offices, misled attorneys who are also relatives with personal interests, and the state when both felony crime has occurred in the home by no fault of the inhabitant is not only inhumane, but destructive of sanity and property.  Because of the pretentious lack of communication and conveniently-memoried, utterly inhumane and self-serving fact of this completely intimidating and ludicrously goading smear job of an eviction, intelligence, honesty, certainly and clearly good will and health are all compromised immorally and illegally and offensively.  Your behavior is well beyond the line of mocking racism, well beyond the line of acts of war, and, of course, an American hefty helping beyond the hypocritical and utterly insane.


Only partial warning - this case remains a clear, sure and for-decades Italian/Catholic Mccarthyist, frame job.  It looks like it works for awhile.  It's a bad line.  For everyone.


Complete idiots, morons, sadists and utterly denouements Attorney General Terry Goddard, Michael Norris Harrison, Paul Slosser, Timothy Struse and associated: you and your families and all those who would be utterly foolish enough to support your brand of mocking and phony white supremacy and racism are more surely in hell than all the racist and sexist drones of pride and evil that will ever live.


There are various authorities and assumptions that people invest in older brothers, estate attorneys, older siblings and those who work in esteemed stations of the state...one is that they do not break their oath to the state bar.  You have.


You offend me, and so much more, and many more, than you know.


To the 5000 journalists in every nation on earth that Mr. Leight has communicated with regarding preventing starvation, poverty, redeploying economic infrastructures to prevent unemployment; to the educators at universities and colleges, publishers, poets and politicians to which Leight has pointed out trends in crime, to the owners of companies this man of unending inspiration, hope and above all great wisdom and utterly incisive intelligence has been given and used in ways beyond exemplary, truly approaching miraculous, so very sorry.  For those of you who may find this type of logic interesting - and it is and is exceptionally relevant in this case, perhaps one of you who has been written to in Hebrew or even Arabic, in German or Russian might ask yourself in this case, "Is God staying to being the bacon here?"  (Regarding the mockery of the decedent's wife, step-son, and various Italian murderers, other lawyers, sadistic, property-and-family defiling police and utterly wicked church and state phonies.  It's really just a matter of time, who and how.  You have lost your souls and your hearts to vanity - dare you not defile more, nor surprise in your various and abysmal ignorance, lest more wanton damage occur for relations of which you know nothing.

Surrender your law offices and legal practices completely.  You are hereby under arrest.


You wicked little fools have behaved illegally and immorally for a decade with someone who has more honors than you may possibly know.  The family of the last house guest I had employed over 2000 people.  Partly because of your endangering inhospitable and dishonest, classist and niggardly ways, he left early, was run over, and is dead.


Because of your illegal restrictions and disrespect of myself, property and father and his ideology, writings and possession, namely that the car former attorney Michael Norris Harrison forbade to park in front of the residence belonged to a "common law wife".  Both she and the child were nearly killed in a car accident, so alienated are they by your demonization and illegal restrictions.  Truth is, you have not cared to research the law.

Hell and prison if you now surrender completely; perdition and excommunication if you do not.  You have utterly no chance against me.  And may your every thought, your every prayer against me place you in hell surely.  This testimony means that I find you presence and person so utterly despicable, as that of incinerated Jews facing their murderers, that I will not attend any court with you.  I do not negotiate with terrorists.   You have committed unrepentant acts of utter vanity, disregard and needlessly against me for decades, as well as defamation, defiling of honor, both sadistic, inaccurate, misleading, divulging of various privileged information.  You are prejudiced carnivorous slobs taking easy advantage of someone for profit, and nothing more.  Nothing more that is not of gluttony, pride, abomination and sanctified secular hubris.  Show utter submission.  Hell for all those like you.  Be too quick to speak and go there first.

Strangely, I am also an attorney and also a law professor teaching estates and trusts, but not in Arizona.  When my mother, living in Tucson, needed estate planning help, I recommended the Slosser, Hudgins, Struse & Freund firm.  I’m glad I did.  Sadly, my wonderful mother died recently, but as personal representative I found her estate in excellent order. 

In addition, I worked closely with Tim Struse during the difficult days of my mother's last illness.  He was compassionate and very helpful, among other things suggesting a novel solution to a perplexing problem.  I can testify to Tim's very high level of ethical professionalism. 

I would recommend him and the Slosser, Hudgins firm to anyone.

Mr. Harrison, whose conceit and, loveless, unwise vanity inspired him to keep 2x3 foot posters of men and women sucking each others' genitalia in the bedroom of a 10-year-old, has in addition continued his campaign of elder abuse against his mother, treating her domineeringly and sadistically - in addition to putting himself in charge of her estate and getting rid of Samuel Leight's precious writings and radio broadcasts, along with other property that belonged to and was of interest of Mr. Leight's only son.

What this state has is an attorney who has conspired with Slosser Struse to defraud an estate and has not corrected their grievous errors, one whose hubris and reckless, bored disinterest has not only cost hundreds of thousands of dollars from Samuel Leight's estate, but has led to unsafe conditions, and given rise to abuse resulting from his illegal acts.

This writing stands as clear and very well warranted felony and repeated felony accusation against Michael Norris Harrison, who has conspired to defraud an estate with Slosser and Struse, and this situation is well known to former Attorney General Terry Goddard, whose smiling vanity I have had the displeasure to talk to directly in his office from where Mr. Harrison is given to harassing phone calls to his mother ruining her loving - and wise -  son Lawrence's relationship - and others, without remorse.

One woman who Mr. Harrison illegally and wrongly - not only against the Landlord Tenant Act but clearly and surely against the wishes of a father Mr. Harrison never deserved to look at, let alone put his ungracious and ungrateful, vain, domineering and chauvanist person through law school - later was so distraut she attempted murder and was found guilty in Pima County of felony 3, significant bodily damage.

Mr. Harrison had the gall to actually call the victim of an over 5-inch chest wound in the University of Arizona Medical Center's intensive care unit and again declare adversarial intent.

Know surely, well beyond your knowledge, experience and expertise, you are clearly being used by carreer racist and sexist Italian-American murderers in relations with the Catholic Church to do what you have done.  They are exceptionally good and well connected at perpetrating racism, sexism, murder and defamation, and for decades.  You are indulging in a type of clubby racism that amounts to Jew-murdering.  

Bill Whistler, an older attorney who has known Mr. Harrison many years, come just barely short of stating he thought Attorney Harrison has a mental condition because of his insecure and immature attutude regarding the potential sale of his aunt Helene Hargis' long-abandoned property.

Slosser, Struse - you and your wicked little friends have also obviously attempted in a smart-assed way to defraud Ripoff Report - NOTE THE MULTIPLE REPORTS and OBVIOUSLY FALSELY ENTERED POSITIVE BY-LINE ABOVE.

And there is yet another condemnation of this despicable and disreputable law firm - they are no gentlemen.  Gentlemen correct their mistates; these lawyers have continued in grievous error and vanity without apology.  I have listened to them recieve requests from Joan Leight regarding receiving copies of estate and legal documents.  The words "life-ruining sadistS, long-standing frauds and complete phonies, dishonors to Ohio State University and Claremont McKenna College" clearly and accurately describe the overall contributions of these estate lawyers to their clients and loved ones.
