I have had the same experience with this group; locations changed, phone calls were not returned. I had to go, IN PERSON, and refused to leave until someone would speak with me. I was told the consultant who had advised me previously was out to lunch. Then, Attorney Hector Perez told me the consultant had actually been FIRED. At this point, the checks were cashed and I was up the creek. Of course, no modification came through, and I have yet to see any evidence of their even contacting my lender with the promised proposals and reports. Do your homework, don't get scammed.
