Support Kids they are stealing money from my child. Austin Texas

I registered with support kids a little over a year ago. I have two different fathers for my two boys. One father is paying child support through the state of Florida. The other Father was not paying so I got in contact with Support kids.

They convince me to sign documents stating that my current payment that I was receiving needed to be forwarded to their address for payments. They told me that The State of Fl would not allow two different addressed to be used and that I needed to use their address so that when the Non paying father makes a payment they would collect their fee and then send me the remaining.

They assured me that when the currently paying father sends in his regular payments that they would not touch any of the money and that the payment would be fowarded to me. That assured me that they would only take money from the father whose case we were working on to obtain payments. Liars, Liars, Liar, they are taking money from the father who has always been making payment and keeping them away from me.

I recently thought the paying father had stop making payments too. come to find out he has continued making payments all along. they have kept his money and sent me nothing. I am a single parent and is searching for help on how to fight this! all of his payments are forwarded to Support kids so whenever he pays the state of Fl. his payments will be forwarded to Support kids and I have no way of obtaining my childs money. Please help!
