In July, 2006, I hired and paid the US Tax Relief Agency (Michael D. Gill) $4,200.00 to resolve my back taxes with the IRS in the form of an offer and compromise.

Richard Hargus was assigned to my case.

After a period of time had passed and I had not had any communication with USTRA, I began telephoning their office. I tried for months to reach the anyone at the agency and had left tons of messages. Never got an answer. I sent Mr. Hargus and email and he replied that USTRA had filed for bankruptcy and he was no longer working my case.

A check with the State of California and the City of Seal Beach, CA revealed that there were no business/corporate licenses issued under 'US Tax Relief Agency', 'USTRA' or 'Michael D. Gill'.
