I am an American with a disability that worked for General Electric (GE) for over ten years. Due to a disabling condition with my spine I "went out" on disability in order to have thoracic spinal surgery to correct the problem.

In my post operative period I had the distinct displeasure of being "represented" (in regards to SSDI) by "Scary Jerry" Zivic of Zivic Solutions Ltd., in Chicago.

"Scary Jerry" was hired for me by the GE Disability Benefits Center (staffed by Sedgwick CMS) to get me on SSDI so that I could collect SSD payments and ultimately turn the money over to Sedgwick CMS, when my SSDI claim was approved.

After a period of time, it seemed that "Scary Jerry" Zivic was more interested in helping out his "pals" at Sedgwick CMS get the money, rather than properly representing me as my attorney.

On October 31, 2008 and I fired "Scary Jerry" and stated in his "termination letter" that I believed he was communicating "behind the scene" with Sedgwick CMS and this was not in my best interest.

"Scary Jerry" replied in a letter that he was sorry that I was firing him and " we do not have any correspondence with any entity other than Social Security." "Scary Jerry" Jivic was lying to me. Shame on you Jerry!
