Afni, Inc (VERIZION) Trying to collect for a VERIZION bill that I never received from verizion Bloomington, Illinois

This company contacted me reguarding a VERIZION bill from 7-9 years ago. The only thing that does not make sence besides never receiving a bill is that I had and still have a VERIZION land line and have had it since I moved to VA 9 yrs ago and never once did they try to add this to my bill or contact me reguarding this bill. I contacted this company and asked for a copy of bill that they say verizion states I owe and was told that they did not have to send it to me because the law states they dont. What law state they dont have to show me in writting what I owe but still thinks that I or anyone should pay for it.
