ASC America's Servicing Co. After 6 mo. of making double payments thru loss mitigation, I got no help that they promised. They ripped me off. Liars Des Moines Iowa

I lost my job but secured another one quickly. My job now pays about half of the one I lost, making it impossible to make my mortgage payments.

After contacting ASC , we came to an agreement . Thru their loss mitigation dept. I was to make a $2400 payment each month for 6 months instead of my $1200 pmt..I did this at the cost of everything my family had in savings and pay checks.

At the end of the 6 mo. agreement they said that they would then negotiate a new interest rate so that we could afford to keep our home. simply put " Liars"!!!They sent me a statement showing that my 9% interest rate was to be changed to 9%.

They then told me that they would forclose. My response to that was to ask them to show proof that they actually held my mortgage note. I have not received anything from them sense then accept late statements. I also have not made any more payments to them. I simply don't know what to do.I cannot afford legal help and now I'm afraid that my family could lose our home because of these cheats and liars.

Did government not give them bail out money? Tax payer money!!!
