healthcare finanancial services garnised my wages. even though i had made 3 payments with care one. i call healthcare to asked them about it and they said yes they did receive payment. but they do no go with the care one plan. i dont under stand how they can garnish my wages when they have been cashing my payments. i only owed 257.50 with them and now i had to pay 471.50 thru garnishedment? i had event increase my payments to them thru care on. 20.00 a month and i could have paid more if they would have told me. i asked her if they were going to give my money back to me from the payments they accepted. and she said no. so i guess they will just keep it which is not right. i talked to a lawyer and he said if they received payments before they filed a garnishedment that they can not garnish me.
